The Zialos are defined by their language of the same name. They only live in Guinea.
Zialo society, especially their families, are close-knit. They have extended family networks that engage in decision making.
Most Zialos are farmers who grow peanuts, rice, and cassava. They also grace crafted goods such as baskets. Others have migrated to urban areas for their livelihood.
About three-fourths of the Zialos are Christian, but only three percent are Evangelical.
The Zialos need a complete Bible so they can understand and obey the word of God.
Pray for accuracy for the current Bible translation project into the Zialo language.
Pray that the Zialos will have a passion for God s word and will teach it to many through music and stories.
Pray for them to put their faith in Jesus Christ, and him only.
